What I collect,
and what I do with it.

A privacy policy nobody can read is not much of a promise, so here is mine in plain English.

The short version

I collect your name and email when you hand them over, and I use them to send you the thing you asked for.

I do not sell your details, share them, or hand them to anyone for advertising. You can leave whenever you like, and if you ask me to delete you, I will.

What I collect

Your name and email address, when you fill in a form on this site to get a free guide, save a seat at a workshop, or join the email list.
The answers you type into the free tools. Some pages here have a quiz or a calculator. If you finish one and give me your email, your answers come with it, so what I send you next is actually relevant rather than generic.
Your payment details, indirectly. If you buy something, Stripe handles the payment. Your card number never reaches me. I see that a purchase happened, what it was for, and the email attached to it.
Whatever you tell me directly, in an email, a DM, or on a call.

Where it is kept

I do not run my own database. Your details sit with the tools I use to run the business, and each one has its own security and its own privacy policy.

Kit holds the email list and sends the emails.
Stripe handles payments.
Skool runs the community, if you join it.
ManyChat sends the automatic DM when you comment a keyword on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
Cal.com takes the booking if you book a call with me.
Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, which include visitor IP addresses.

Most of these companies are based overseas, mainly in the United States, so your details are stored there. That is normal for tools of this kind, and worth knowing.

What I do not do

There is nothing on this site following you around the internet afterwards.

No Facebook pixel. No Google Analytics. No tag manager. No advertising cookies. This is unusual, and it is deliberate.

I also do not sell, rent or swap lists, and I will not add you to something you did not ask for. Download a free guide and you get emails about that, not a quiet enrolment in something else.

Things saved in your own browser

A few pages here save your progress so a checklist or a calculator remembers where you were if you close the tab. That is stored in your own browser and never sent to me. Clearing your browser data wipes it.

How to leave

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately. No hoops.

If you want the record gone entirely rather than just unsubscribed, email me at hello@wisewomenuseai.com and ask. I will delete it and tell you when it is done. You can also ask what I hold on you, and I will send it.

If this page changes

I will update the date below. If something changes in a way that actually affects you, I will say so in an email rather than quietly editing this page and hoping you notice.
