I teach women to use AI. It would be a bit rich to do that and then go vague about my own setup, so this page lays it out plainly.
Almost everything you see from me starts as something I said or wrote, and gets shaped by Claude into the thing you actually read.
The thinking. The opinions. The stories about my own business, including the parts that did not work. Deciding what is worth saying in the first place.
When you see my face on a video, those are my words and my voice. There is no avatar and no cloned version of me talking.
One exception, so you have the whole picture. For long training videos inside the community, I sometimes use a synthetic narrator voice rather than recording forty minutes of narration myself. The script is mine either way, and it is never my voice being faked. If any of that changes, this page changes first.
Here is the part most people in my industry leave vague.
I approve one topic a week. My setup then drafts the daily posts from it and schedules them, and I do not read every single caption on the morning it goes out.
I wrote the voice rules. I built the checks it has to pass. I fix what slips through.
That is the whole thing I teach, running on me first.
The done thing in my corner of the internet is to use these tools heavily and let everyone assume you don't. Some people go further and advertise that their content scores zero on an AI detector. I am not going to do that. Those detectors don't work, and the hiding is the part that actually costs people their trust.
You are allowed to use AI. So am I. What matters is whether there is a real person behind it who stands behind what it says.
There is. Hello.
