Wise Women Use AI ยท Free guide
It's Sunday night and the week has already started, just in your head. Every deadline, every follow-up, every don't-forget, all of it running on the one person who can't clock off. This is the reset I run to put it all down. Four prompts, about fifteen minutes, and the swirl becomes a calm, sorted plan you can actually see.
This is the kind of small system that keeps my own week calm, and it's the reason my time is my own now. Here's yours.
Works in Claude, ChatGPT, or whichever assistant you already use. No setup, just paste each one in and answer honestly.
Pop your email in and the whole reset unlocks right here on the page: how it works, and all four prompts to copy and paste.

How it works
The reason it all lives in your head is that it has nowhere else to go. You're the plan, the memory and the backup, all at once. These four prompts do it in order: first they empty your head onto the page, then they sort the pile, then they shape a real week, then they show you what only you can do and what you can finally hand off. Do them one after the other on a Sunday, or any evening the week feels like too much. By the end, the week is written down and out of you, and you can look at it instead of carrying it.
The reset
Paste each one in, answer honestly, and let it work before you move to the next.
Don't sort yet. Just get it all out, work and home tangled together, exactly as it lives in your mind. The point is to stop holding it, not to organise it. That comes next.
Now let it do the sorting you don't have the headspace for. What actually matters this week, what only feels urgent, and what can quietly wait without anything falling over.
Not a fantasy schedule that assumes nothing goes sideways. A week with room in it, built around your actual energy, so Monday morning already has a shape before you open your laptop.
This is the one that starts to change things. The whole reason it's all on you is that no one's ever drawn the line between what genuinely needs you and what just ended up with you. This draws it.
