Copy-and-paste briefs that tell AI what work to do, what to finish and what to hand back.
You do not need another list of clever prompts. You need to know what job to give AI, what context it needs and what a useful finished result should look like.
Built for women running small businesses who want AI to take work off their plate, not add another tool to manage. Use an AI assistant with the tools and access the job needs.

How it works
Start with one job
Choose the job that would take the most mental load off you this week. Give AI the relevant files and context. Let it do the work. Then review what comes back.
Job. Context. Finished result. Review. You do not need to work through all five in order. Start where the work is piling up.
The five jobs
Give AI a proper piece of work
01
Find where I'm wasting my time
The job
Find repetitive, low-value or unnecessarily manual work in my business and tell me what AI should take over first.
Give AI
A brain dump of what you do in a normal week
Recurring task lists or SOPs
Your calendar, if available
The tools you currently use
Any tasks you dread, delay or repeat
Job brief 01
Act as an operations analyst for my small business.
I am going to give you information about the work I do, the tools I use and the tasks that repeat across my week.
Your job is not to give me a generic list of AI tools. Your job is to identify where my time is being spent unnecessarily and show me which pieces of work could realistically be delegated to AI, simplified, automated or removed.
For every opportunity you find:
1. Name the task or process.
2. Explain why it is a good candidate for AI or automation.
3. Estimate the likely effort to change it: low, medium or high.
4. Tell me what information, files, permissions or tools AI would need.
5. Describe what the finished workflow should do.
6. Flag anything that should remain human-led.
Then rank the opportunities in the order I should tackle them, prioritising the best combination of time saved, simplicity and business value.
Finish with a 30-day action plan. Do not recommend new software unless there is a clear reason my existing setup cannot do the job.
Here is my business context and workload:
[PASTE OR ATTACH YOUR INFORMATION]
You should get back
A prioritised AI delegation plan, not a shopping list of tools.
Check before you use it
Check that AI has understood how often each task happens, which decisions need your judgement, what customer or financial information is involved and whether any suggested automation is worth the setup time.
02
Find what my customers actually want
The job
Find repeated problems, desires, questions and objections in real customer language and turn them into evidence for offers, content and messaging.
Give AI
Customer emails and enquiries
Reviews and testimonials
Sales or discovery call notes
Social comments and DMs
Survey responses
Relevant public conversations, reviews or forums
Your current offers
Job brief 02
Act as a voice-of-customer researcher for my business.
Analyse the customer material I provide and, where you have browsing access, relevant public conversations from the audience I describe.
Do not invent pain points or fill gaps with generic marketing assumptions. Separate what is directly supported by customer evidence from your interpretation.
Find:
1. Problems that appear repeatedly.
2. Desired outcomes people repeatedly describe.
3. Objections, fears and reasons they delay buying or acting.
4. Things they have already tried and why those attempts disappointed them.
5. Questions they repeatedly ask.
6. Jobs they wish someone or something would take off their hands.
7. Exact phrases worth preserving because they express the problem clearly.
8. Signals that suggest a problem may have commercial value.
Cluster the findings into themes. For each theme show the evidence, the customer language, frequency or strength of the signal, and what it could mean for my content, offers or sales messaging.
Then rank the five strongest opportunities by evidence and relevance to my business.
Here is my business, audience and customer material:
[PASTE OR ATTACH YOUR INFORMATION]
You should get back
A Voice of Customer map grounded in what people are saying, with clear marketing and offer opportunities.
Check before you use it
Read the source material yourself before making a major positioning decision. Treat small samples as signals to investigate, not proof of an entire market.
03
Turn what I know into something I can sell
The job
Find the strongest commercial idea inside work I have already created and build a testable first version.
Give AI
Workshops and presentations
Training notes
Client deliverables
Frameworks and methods
FAQs
Templates and checklists
Customer research
Existing offers
Job brief 03
Act as a product strategist and builder for my small business.
I will give you material that represents what I already know, teach or do for customers.
First, analyse the material and identify the strongest product or service opportunities. Do not create a product simply because information exists. Look for the intersection between:
- a repeated customer problem,
- something I can credibly help solve,
- a clear outcome,
- and something simple enough to test before I spend weeks building it.
Rank the top three opportunities and explain the evidence for each.
Then choose the strongest option and create a minimum testable version. Include:
1. Who it is for.
2. The problem it solves.
3. The result or transformation promised without exaggerated claims.
4. What is included.
5. What should deliberately NOT be included yet.
6. Suggested format and delivery.
7. A sensible test price or pricing approach, with assumptions stated.
8. A simple sales-page draft.
9. Five questions I should ask early buyers to validate or improve it.
10. The next three actions required to put the test version in front of real people.
Use my existing language and methods wherever possible rather than replacing them with generic marketing language.
Here is my material:
[PASTE OR ATTACH YOUR INFORMATION]
You should get back
A product or service concept you can put in front of customers and test, plus the first version of the sales material.
Check before you use it
Make sure the idea solves a problem people care about, matches work you want to deliver and does not turn a simple test into a huge build.
04
Build the system behind the sale
The job
Turn my current customer delivery into a clear repeatable journey from enquiry through onboarding, delivery, follow-up and support.
Give AI
Your offer and sales page
Current onboarding emails or forms
Delivery process
Templates and resources customers receive
FAQs
Tools you use
Notes about what currently happens manually
Job brief 04
Act as a customer-operations designer for my business.
I will give you my offer, tools and current delivery process.
Map the complete customer journey from the moment someone becomes interested through to completion and follow-up.
Find missing steps, duplicated work, manual handoffs, unclear ownership and places where the customer could be left wondering what happens next.
Then design the simplest repeatable system that can support this offer.
For each stage show:
1. What triggers the stage.
2. What the customer needs.
3. What I need internally.
4. What AI or automation can complete.
5. What should remain human.
6. What tool or existing system should hold the information.
7. What message, form, template or resource needs to exist.
Where you have permission and the right connected tools, create the working drafts or setup you can safely create. Do not send customer communications, publish pages, charge payments or make irreversible changes without my approval.
Finish with:
- the complete customer journey,
- assets created,
- assets still needed,
- tests I should run before a real customer goes through it,
- and the three highest-priority improvements.
Here is my offer and current setup:
[PASTE OR ATTACH YOUR INFORMATION]
You should get back
A repeatable customer-delivery system and the drafts needed to put that system in place.
Check before you use it
Run through the whole journey yourself. Check permissions, payments, privacy, customer-facing messages and every handoff before using the setup with a paying customer.
05
Go through my business like a customer
The job
Test the customer journey, find friction and show me what needs fixing before customers find the problems themselves.
Give AI
Your website or draft pages
Forms
Checkout or booking journey
Welcome/delivery emails
Lead magnet journey
Customer portal
The intended journey from first click to final outcome
Job brief 05
Act as a customer-experience QA reviewer for my business.
I will give you the intended customer journey and access to the relevant pages, forms and materials.
Go through the journey from the customer's point of view. Test what you are authorised and technically able to test, and clearly state anything you could not verify.
Check for:
1. Broken or incorrect links.
2. Forms that fail, confuse or ask for unnecessary information.
3. Poor mobile experience.
4. Unclear calls to action.
5. Contradictory pricing, dates, promises or instructions.
6. Missing confirmation or next-step messages.
7. Places where the customer has to guess what to do.
8. Repeated information or unnecessary steps.
9. Pages or messages that do not match the offer they came from.
10. Anything likely to reduce trust or cause someone to abandon the journey.
Fix low-risk draft issues where I have explicitly authorised you to edit them. Do not publish, submit live forms, make purchases, change prices, delete content or contact customers without my approval.
When finished, give me:
- a pass/fail report for each stage,
- evidence of what you checked,
- what you changed,
- what you could not test,
- and a prioritised repair list.
Here is the intended journey and access/context:
[PASTE OR ATTACH YOUR INFORMATION]
You should get back
A customer-journey QA report, plus authorised fixes or clear repair instructions.
Check before you use it
Personally test payments, bookings, important forms and customer communications before launch. Never assume an AI report means every external system behaved correctly.
The bigger shift
The point isn’t Astra. It’s delegation.
Astra is what makes this conversation timely. But the skill that matters is learning to stop treating AI like a search box and start giving it defined work.
Job. Context. Finished result. Review. That is the habit I want you to take from this pack.
